Job Summary
Deliver exceptional customer service by providing product knowledge, efficient service, and a friendly attitude while maintaining full, fresh, and visually appealing displays across Fresh departments including Meat, Seafood, Bakery, Deli, Produce, and Grocery. Build positive connections with customers and teammates, stock and rotate merchandise according to standards, and use technology to complete tasks efficiently. Follow food safety, sanitation, and quality procedures while supporting other tasks to keep store operations running smoothly in a fast-paced environment. This role requires a calm, focused approach, willingness to be physically active, and strong listening skills.
