Stock, straighten, and price merchandise while following departmental guidelines and wrapping procedures with correct trays and containers. Operate tools and equipment safely, perform housekeeping duties including mopping and floor scrubbing, and clean all deli-bakery tools. Produce bakery and deli products according to established procedures, maintain a neat work area, and decorate cakes when required. Receive and unload truck deliveries, order products independently in the manager's absence, and work in temperature extremes ranging from frozen storage to coolers. Lift and move items weighing up to 50 pounds, perform functions at an acceptable speed with limited supervision, and adhere to all safety policies and dress codes.
