Job Summary
Scoop ice cream, accept payments, and manage sampling stations while upholding strict food safety and cleanliness standards. Complete daily prep lists, process receiving and storage, and communicate out-of-stock alerts to the manager. Anticipate guest needs, address issues, and cross-train as a clerk to assist where required. Maintain expertise on all deli and market products to foster positive relationships that build return customers.
Required Qualifications
- State approved Food Handlers
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fun and fast paced environment
- Ability to focus on attention to guest needs and customer service
Desired Qualifications
- Previous grocery store and/or store clerk/stocker/deli experience preferred
