Job Summary
Deli Clerk responsible for slicing, packaging, weighing deli products (meats and cheeses), assisting Members, and maintaining deli presentation and cleanliness. Key duties include taking special orders, sampling products to aid purchasing decisions, inspecting shipments, stocking and rotating deli items, ensuring product freshness and food safety, operating deli equipment safely, weighing and pricing items accurately, and supporting club policies and GOLD standards. Must deliver high levels of customer service, maintain a friendly team-focused environment, and be able to lift up to 30 pounds with regular attendance. Prior deli experience and knowledge of deli products are preferred; minimum age 18 required.
Required Qualifications
- At least 18 years of age
- Work experience in a deli department preferred
