Job Summary
Slice, package, and weigh deli products including meats and cheeses while maintaining presentation and cleanliness of display cases. Provide assistance to members by answering questions, recommending items, taking special orders, and helping select correct products. Receive and inspect shipments, rotate and store products following food safety policies, and ensure all items are fresh and priced accurately. Clean and sanitize equipment, scales, and food surfaces, and operate deli machinery in accordance with safety procedures. Maintain club policies and procedures while delivering service excellence through all points of contact.
Required Qualifications
- At least 18 years of age
- Regular, predictable, full attendance
Desired Qualifications
- Work experience in a deli department preferred
- Prior experience operating manual/power slicers and scales preferred
- Knowledge of deli products preferred
