Deli Clerk-Cook

Provide excellent customer service at the deli counter and perform basic food prep, including producing prepared foods per PCC recipes and packaging deli items. Maintain hot bar presentation and production while ensuring department sanitation, cleanliness, and safety standards are met. Follow safe food handling procedures and merchandising standards, stocking sales floor grab-and-go cases. Perform packaging duties, maintain department organization, and may oversee kitchen staff or participate in recipe development and costing. Work a variety of shifts including weekends in a fast-paced kitchen environment. Requires a current Food Worker Card from the Washington State Department of Health, age 18 or older, and ability to lift 10-40lbs regularly.
