Job Summary
Prepare and produce deli products per production and package plans, then label, merchandise, and stock backroom cases and buckets following flight plans. Notify the Deli Manager when products or supplies need ordering. Communicate tasks, recipes, weights, measures, and cleaning steps to associates while adhering to PPE, food safety, and guest experience guidelines. Perform basic math functions and stand or walk for extended periods in a retail environment with varied temperatures. High school diploma preferred; one year retail experience required.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma (GED) preferred
- One year of retail or related experience preferred
- Ability to read, write, comprehend, and interpret documents
- Basic mathematical skills
- Detail Oriented
- May be required to lift and/or move up to 30 pounds frequently, and up to 50 pounds occasionally
- The associate is required to stand and walk for extended periods of time and may bend, stoop, twist and turn frequently
- Travel requirements vary by assignment
