Job Summary
Prepare delicious deli meats, cheeses, salads, sandwiches, dips, and hot case food items while utilizing slicers, scales, fryers, ovens, and cash registers. Guide and inspire guests to make every visit memorable through exceptional customer service and a knowledge of product offerings. Maintain a positive attitude by smiling and helping customers and fellow associates throughout the day. This role requires an 18-year-old who takes pride in their work and is eager to learn within a people-oriented culture focused on the joys of food.
Required Qualifications
- 18 years of age or older
- Exceptional customer service
- Knowledge of deli meats, cheeses, salads, sandwiches, dips, and gourmet and hot case food items
- Ability to utilize various tools like meat and cheese slicers, food scales, fryers, ovens, and/or cash registers
- Pride in the work done
- Eagerness and willingness to learn
