Job Summary
Prepare delicious deli meats, cheeses, salads, sandwiches, dips, and gourmet and hot case food items while operating meat and cheese slicers, food scales, fryers, ovens, and cash registers. Guide guests through their visit with exceptional customer service and a knowledge of all food items to ensure they return. Maintain a positive attitude by smiling and helping customers and fellow associates, taking pride in every task from big to small. This role requires an 18-year-old eager to learn who values food and community, offering flexible schedules, competitive wages, and access to up to 50% of earned wages before payday.
Required Qualifications
- 18 years of age or older
- Exceptional customer service
- Knowledge of deli meats, cheeses, salads, sandwiches, dips, and gourmet and hot case food items
- Ability to utilize various tools like our meat and cheese slicers, food scales, fryers, ovens, and/or cash registers
- Eager & willing to learn
