Job Summary
Prepare and serve deli items including sliced meats, cheeses, sandwiches, wraps, and platters while operating slicing machines safely and efficiently. Weigh, label, package, and stock showcases and grab-and-go cases, ensuring product freshness by removing items that do not meet standards. Provide prompt customer service during evening hours from 3 pm to closing, then perform end-of-day cleaning and sanitization tasks. Maintain work area cleanliness and follow all food safety policies. Prior deli experience and slicer operation skills required.

- Experience operating deli slicers and preparing deli products

- Ability to work the second shift (from 3 pm to closing), including weekends and holidays
