Prepare Breakfast, Lunch, Evening Meals, and chilled products with strong presentation standards while minimizing waste and identifying cost-saving measures. Serve food as required, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintain HACCP compliance across all deli staff operations. Manage stock by placing orders, checking received goods for quantity and quality, and conducting regular stock takes. Assist in maintaining deli cleanliness, including wash-up duties, and train team members on safe working practices, food preparation, and garnishing techniques. Complete assigned duties as directed by management.
