Job Summary
Prepare and produce bakery/deli products per the production planner, package and label items, and merchandise stock according to flight plans. Stock backroom cases and buckets while rotating and dating inventory. Work with other departments to achieve store growth, notify the bakery/deli manager of supply needs, and communicate tasks, recipes, weights, and measures to associates. Adhere to all PPE, safety, food safety, and guest experience guidelines. Perform basic math functions and may be assigned additional tasks based on customer experience needs.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma (GED) preferred
- One year of retail or related experience preferred
- Ability to read, write, comprehend, and interpret documents
- Basic mathematical skills
- Detail Oriented
- May be required to lift and/or move up to 30 pounds frequently, and up to 50 pounds occasionally
- The associate is required to stand and walk for extended periods of time and may bend, stoop, twist and turn frequently
- Travel requirements vary by assignment
