Job Summary
Greet guests, prepare products for sale by frying, cutting, slicing, baking, weighing, and pricing, and maintain product levels, quality, and freshness. Ensure sanitation standards in coolers, freezers, prep areas, and sales zones while keeping supply areas neat. Communicate guest requests and temperature breakdowns to management, perform front-end duties to uphold guest arrival standards, and announce specials on the PA system. Assist with product receiving and storage. Maintain a friendly, outgoing demeanor while lifting up to 50 lbs occasionally and standing for extended periods. Required Qualifications
- Friendly, outgoing personality
- Ability to work well with others
- Ability to lift 25 lbs. consistently and 50 lbs. occasionally
- Ability to read and understand information and direction
- Effective communication, guests service and selling skills
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Ability to bend, kneel and stand for extended periods of time
