Job Summary
Greet guests, prepare products for sale including frying, cutting, slicing, baking, weighing, and pricing, and maintain product levels, quality, and freshness. Ensure sanitation standards in the cooler, freezer, prep area, and sales area. Communicate guest requests and temperature breakdowns to management, keep the supply area neat, and perform front-end duties to maintain guest arrival standards. Announce specials and sale info on the PA system and assist in product receiving and storage. Work part-time with flexible schedules, offering weekly pay, 401K, pension plan, and tuition assistance.
Required Qualifications
- Friendly, outgoing personality
- Ability to work well with others
- Ability to lift 25 lbs. consistently and 50 lbs. occasionally
- Ability to read and understand information and direction
- Effective communication, guests service and selling skills
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Ability to bend, kneel and stand for extended periods of time
