Job Summary
Deliver remarkable customer service by providing exceptional product knowledge, efficient service, and a friendly attitude while building rapport through good eye contact and body language. Stock product and maintain displays according to merchandising standards, utilizing technology to complete tasks and following safety and sanitation procedures. This role applies to Meat, Seafood, Bakery, Deli, and Grocery departments. You will play a vital role in keeping the store running smoothly and having a positive impact on the community we serve.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to lift, carry, push, pull, bend, and twist while handling product
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Strong listening and communications skills, face-to-face and virtually
- Willingness to learn or existing familiarity with job-specific technology
- Problem-solving competence and eagerness to troubleshoot when necessary
- Process-driven with ability to follow procedures in an organized and efficient way
- Ability to stay calm while working in a fast-paced environment
