Job Summary
Prepare and produce bakery/deli products per production and package plans, then merchandise items according to flight plans and stock the backroom with rotating and dated cases. Notify the bakery/deli manager when products or supplies need ordering. Work with other departments to achieve store growth, communicate tasks and recipes to associates, and notify them of completed cleaning steps. Adhere to all PPE, food safety, cleaning, and guest experience guidelines. May be assigned additional tasks in other departments based on customer experience needs.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma (GED) preferred
- One year of retail or related experience preferred
- Ability to read, write, comprehend, and interpret documents
- Basic mathematical skills
- Detail Oriented
- May be required to lift and/or move up to 30 pounds frequently, and up to 50 pounds occasionally
- The associate is required to stand and walk for extended periods of time and may bend, stoop, twist and turn frequently
- Travel requirements vary by assignment
