Job Summary
Prepare and produce bakery/deli products per the production and flight plans, package and label items, and stock backroom cases and buckets with rotating dates. Merchandise products according to plan and notify the manager of supply needs. Work as a team to achieve store growth, communicate recipes and cleaning steps, and adhere to all PPE, food safety, and guest experience guidelines. Perform basic math functions and stand or walk for extended periods while lifting up to 50 pounds occasionally.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma (GED) preferred
- One year of retail or related experience preferred
- Ability to read, write, comprehend, and interpret documents
- Basic mathematical skills
- Detail Oriented
- May be required to lift and/or move up to 30 pounds frequently, and up to 50 pounds occasionally
- The associate is required to stand and walk for extended periods of time
- The associate may bend, stoop, twist and turn frequently
- The employee is subject to a typical retail store environment (varied temperatures)
- The employee is exposed to outside weather conditions
- Travel requirements vary by assignment
