Job Summary
As a Deli/Bakery Associate at SpartanNash/C&S Wholesale Grocers, you will prepare and produce bakery/deli products, package and label items per program plans, merchandise products according to flight/merchandising plans, stock backroom shelves, and coordinate with other departments to support store growth. You will follow guest experience guidelines, PPE and safety rules, and food safety standards, while communicating tasks, recipes, weights, and cleaning steps to teammates. The role requires basic math, reading/comprehension, attention to detail, physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and the ability to stand/walk for extended periods. Prior retail or related experience and a High School Diploma (GED) are preferred. Travel requirements vary by assignment; the position is part-time with benefits and opportunities for growth within our SpartanNash retail stores.
Required Qualifications
