Job Summary
Decorate cakes in 15-20 minutes, fill production cases, and stock display tables with baked goods. Maintain department sanitation, ensure proper food handling, and demonstrate the ability to work in a fast-paced environment while handling stressful situations. Provide enthusiastic customer service and assist team members as needed. Must be available to work Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. Requires 18 years of age, retail cake decorating experience, and ability to lift 50 pounds.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age
- Experience in retail cake decorating
- Willing to cross-train in bakery and deli tasks as needed
- Effective and friendly communication skills
- Knowledge of basic math and the ability to follow written guidelines
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds with or without accommodation
- Ability to stand and walk short distances for an entire shift
- Tolerates working in freezers for up to 20 minutes at a time
- Team player
- Must be available to work Friday, Saturday and Sunday
