Job Summary
Deli/Bakery Associate responsible for hospitality and customer service, recommending products, assisting with purchases, and maintaining display cases. Required Qualifications
- High school diploma
- Proficient communication and interpersonal skills (written, verbal and listening)
- Proficient selling skills (ability to ask questions, listen, and make product recommendations)
- Proficient merchandising skills (fresh and appealing displays in service, self-service and bakery areas)
- Proficient cleaning abilities to meet sanitation and visual standards
- Ability to follow safety practices (including lockout/tag out of equipment)
- Receive, verify, price and store department deliveries
- Stay current on food trends and new items relevant to department and building sales
- Adhere to Busch’s policies, practices and procedures
- Build strong working relationships with guests, vendors and associates
- Work in a fast-paced, high-demand environment
