Deli/Bakery Associate Albany PT

Deli/Bakery Associate responsible for preparing and serving food items, maintaining a clean and organized work area, and providing excellent customer service to all patrons. Duties include greeting and assisting customers, offering product suggestions, stocking and rotating products to ensure freshness, operating department equipment safely, enforcing safety procedures, reporting theft or policy violations, preparing hot meals, sandwiches, salads, soups, and other items, maintaining cleanliness, inspecting equipment and requesting repairs, following checkout procedures, adhering to food safety regulations, and assisting with inventory and ordering. Must be able to perform essential functions with or without accommodation. Requires 18+ years, HS diploma or equivalent, English proficiency, strong customer service, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, effective communication, and basic math skills. Flexible hours including evenings and weekends; prior deli/food service experience preferred.
