Job Summary
Prepare, package, and sell store-baked products while organizing work areas and following food safety standards. Maintain processes and policies, complete accurate sales transactions, and use equipment as needed. Deliver incredible guest service to drivers, commuters, and vacationers in a diverse, inclusive environment. Work flexible shifts including nights, days, weekends, and holidays. Opportunities exist to train for other roles within travel centers and restaurants.
Required Qualifications
- Incredible guest service skills and ability to maintain a guest focused culture
- Ability to complete accurate sales transactions
- Ability to cleanly and safely manage and prep food
- Ability to maintain processes and policies
- Ability to use computers, telephones, and other equipment as needed
- Ability to work as part of a team
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in a similar position
- ServSafe certification preferred
- Ability to work a flexible schedule of nights, days, weekends, and holidays
