Job Summary
Prepare, package, and sell store-baked products to company standards while organizing and stocking work areas. Follow food safety and handling standards and practices when preparing food according to process cards. Maintain guest-focused culture through incredible guest service skills and complete accurate sales transactions using computers and telephones. Work as part of a team in a dynamic environment with opportunities to rotate into other roles within travel centers and restaurants. Ability to work flexible schedules including nights, days, weekends, and holidays is required.
Required Qualifications
- Incredible guest service skills and ability to maintain a guest focused culture
- Ability to complete accurate sales transactions
- Ability to cleanly and safely manage and prep food
- Ability to maintain processes and policies
- Ability to use computers, telephones, and other equipment as needed
