Job Summary
Prepare, package, and sell store-baked products while organizing work areas and following food safety standards. Complete accurate sales transactions and maintain processes and policies using computers and telephones. Manage food preparation to company standards and deliver incredible guest service in a team environment. Work flexible shifts including nights, days, weekends, and holidays. This role offers opportunities to train for other positions within Pilot Company's travel centers and restaurants.
Required Qualifications
- Incredible guest service skills and ability to maintain a guest focused culture
- Ability to complete accurate sales transactions
- Ability to cleanly and safely manage and prep food
- Ability to maintain processes and policies
