Job Summary
Register and cash transactions while maintaining bank balance variances under five dollars. Greet every guest warmly, resolve inquiries empathetically, and ensure all food items are served at proper temperatures with consistent presentation. Maintain a clean dining area, complete daily stand-up meetings, and finish assigned opening and closing side work. Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including New Mexico Food Handlers certification and background checks. Work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays, standing or sitting for sustained periods, and handle physical tasks like lifting and pushing in indoor and outdoor environments subject to extreme temperatures.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- High School Diploma, GED certification or equivalent
- Experience in restaurant or food service capacity
- Must successfully complete the New Mexico Food Handlers course upon hire
- Must be able to successfully pass a stringent background investigation
- Will require a pre-employment and random drug screening
- Ability to work a flexible scheduled including weekends and holidays
- Ability to work indoors and outdoors
- Outdoor work subject to extreme temperatures and inclement weather conditions
- Ability to work overtime
- Ability to work on uneven, inclined, hard and soft-carpeted floors, outdoor surfaces, cement structures and surfaces
- Ability to walk throughout the work area, on various work surfaces throughout internal or external locations
