Job Summary
Greet and acknowledge every guest while providing outstanding service and answering menu questions. Stock the pastry case, maintain an orderly station by wiping surfaces and ensuring supplies are fully stocked, and correctly identify and weigh products with appropriate tares. Properly bag or wrap guest products and complete all side work assigned by task sheets or the Café Chef. Ensure a sparkling clean café area and maintain accuracy throughout the shift.
