Job Summary
Oversee high-volume retail facilities by generating and executing business plans to meet sales, profit, and customer satisfaction objectives. Manage team members through staffing, interviewing, hiring, and training while conducting meetings and maintaining vendor relationships. Drive sales performance, track inventory, and perform P&L analysis to achieve established standards. Work a flexible schedule including nights, days, weekends, and holidays. Requires 2-3 years of management experience in restaurant or foodservice with high-volume retail P&L accountability. Pilot Flying J supports a growing portfolio of brands with expertise in supply chain, retail operations, and logistics across 44 states.
Required Qualifications
- 2-3 years of management experience in restaurant, deli, or foodservice
- Previous management proficiency in high volume retail with P&L accountability
- Ability to create and maintain a customer focused culture
- Must exemplify integrity and accountability at the managerial level
- Must demonstrate excellent team leadership skills
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule of nights, days, weekends and holidays
