Prepare and serve high-quality food in an efficient, cost-effective manner while managing daily kitchen operations for Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner, and Chilled Products as directed by the Deli Manager. Maintain effective stock management and portion control, ensuring the work environment remains clean and compliant with HACCP legislation. Prioritize customer care by actively promoting the Corrib Oil Customer Loyalty Programme at every opportunity and carry out assigned deli checks following training to maintain standards. Be available for flexible hours including weekends and evenings, Monday through Sunday.
