Prepare and serve high-quality food in an efficient, cost-effective manner while managing daily kitchen operations for Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner, and Chilled Products. Maintain effective stock management, portion control, and HACCP-compliant work environments. Prioritize customer care by actively promoting the Corrib Oil Customer Loyalty Programme and carry out assigned deli checks to ensure standards are maintained. Be available for flexible hours, including weekends and evenings, Monday through Sunday.
