Deli Assistant Department Manager

Devise merchandising game plans and plan-o-grams in conjunction with the Buying team, while assigning duties and scheduling breaks based on business needs. Train team members in store policies, procedures, and product knowledge to ensure safe, productive work. Supervise departmental inventories, coordinate vendor and inter-company invoices for timely billing, and communicate with Scan, General Management, and Buying teams regarding pricing and new product implementation. Operate departmental equipment and assume Department Manager responsibilities when necessary.
