Job Summary
Prepare, present, and serve deli food while maintaining high food safety standards in line with HACCP procedures. Ensure counters, displays, and food preparation areas are clean, well-stocked, and presented to company standards. Monitor product quality, freshness, and stock rotation to minimize waste, and assist with deliveries, stock replenishment, and inventory control. Respond to customer queries and resolve issues professionally while working collaboratively with colleagues to support smooth deli operations. Availability includes morning and evening shifts, Monday to Sunday.
