Serve AC&T customers promptly and courteously by answering questions, making recommendations, providing samples, and responding to requests. Recommend, slice, weigh, package, and price meats and cheeses while preparing sandwiches, subs, salads, and other cold items for resale. Handle special orders and party trays, ensuring work areas are clean, equipment is functional, and tools are in working order. Follow all food safety and sanitation procedures, maintain a courteous approach to handling complaints, and cooperate with others to ensure customer satisfaction. Lift items up to 50 lbs and operate slicers, scales, and cash registers. Requires one year of deli or kitchen experience, high school diploma, and ability to work in heat, cold, and noisy conditions. 401(k) with matching, dental, health, vision, PTO, and referral program available.
