Job Summary
Assess resident health, develop and update individualized care plans, and safely delegate tasks to certified caregivers while ensuring compliance with state regulations and Brightview standards. Collaborate closely with physicians, families, and team members, provide staff training on clinical best practices, and respond promptly to changes in resident condition. Support senior residents through exceptional clinical oversight and wellness programming within a culture rooted in compassion, respect, and excellence.
