Job Summary
Lead DEI across the People function by partnering with COEs and business leaders to embed inclusion in talent processes, policies, and culture. Diagnose gaps through data and listening to co-create accountable action plans while coaching managers on inclusive leadership and bias mitigation. Design and deliver training journeys, build manager toolkits, and govern employee resource groups to ensure alignment with business goals. Own DEI metrics, dashboards, and narrative reporting for leadership and the Board, managing global regulatory compliance across jurisdictions. Shape the DEI roadmap in partnership with the People Leadership Team, representing Wise externally to bring best practices back into the business while working with regional teams to deliver local plans.
Required Qualifications
- Relevant experience in DEI, Partnering, or OD roles with enterprise-wide impact
- Proven ability to partner with senior leaders and translate DEI strategy into action
- Strong facilitation and training design skills
- Experience managing multi-jurisdiction DEI reporting and compliance (pay gap, EEO, etc.)
- Data fluency: you use metrics to diagnose problems, measure progress, and tell compelling stories
- Bias for action and accountability—you balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution
