Job Summary
Operate degreasing and color processing equipment to clean, prepare, and finish metal components in accordance with established production, quality, and safety standards. Load, unload, and move materials and finished products throughout the manufacturing process while monitoring equipment conditions to ensure consistent product quality. Inspect parts for defects, verify compliance with specifications, and complete all required production records and documentation accurately and timely. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area, report malfunctions or safety concerns to supervision promptly, and communicate effectively with supervisors and coworkers. Demonstrate the ability to work independently, multitask in a fast-paced environment, and wear required personal protective equipment while lifting up to 45 pounds.
