Job Summary
Degate and trim zinc die cast parts according to written work instructions, then inspect them for defects to meet quality standards. Meet production and efficiency goals set by management while wearing required PPE and following all safety procedures. Support department and company quality and production goals by adhering to both written and verbal work instructions. This role requires standing approximately 95% of the shift and lifting up to 40 lbs. Candidates must be 18 years or older with a high school diploma or GED, possess good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity, and be willing to work mandatory overtime. The position offers a 3 PM to 11 PM shift with a $2.50 premium and $2000 retention bonus.
