DEFINED CONTRIBUTION CONSULTANT

Consult clients and prospective clients on retirement plan issues, design alternatives, and plan administration including compliance testing (ADP/ACP), 410(b), and 401(a)(4). Prepare valuation reports, process Government Forms such as IRS Form 5500, and manage valuations across investment platforms and brokerage accounts. Delegate and review work of Defined Contribution analysts and associates while identifying future design opportunities. Requires 7+ years of consulting experience in qualified retirement plans, expertise in DC plans, and a Bachelor's Degree, with QKA/QKC preferred. Flexible hybrid or fully remote work in Connecticut or U.S. based on ET hours.
