Job Summary
Defined Contribution Consultant will advise clients on retirement plan issues and design options, with responsibilities spanning Plan Administration including compliance testing (ADP/ACP) and forms (e.g., 5500), preparation of valuation reports, and oversight of Defined Contribution analysts. The role involves valuation work across investment platforms and brokerage accounts, and delegating/reviewing work. Flexible hybrid schedule from Connecticut or fully remote in ET hours. Requires 7+ years in DC retirement consulting, expertise in DC plans, and a Bachelor’s Degree; QKA/QKC preferred.
