Job Summary

Shape, capture, manage, and oversee delivery of services and solutions to solve the Marine Corps' complex challenges. Lead high-performing teams of varied capabilities, oversee program performance, and implement continuous process improvement initiatives. Engage strategically with senior government and industry leaders to influence program directions and develop strategies to achieve desired outcomes. Integrate mission, analytical, and technical capabilities to design and manage execution of program plans, applying innovation to achieve end-state vision and objectives. Requires 15+ years of strategy development experience, 8+ years in direct support to the Marine Corps, and a Secret clearance. Full-time role with projected compensation of $142,900 to $266,000 annually.

Required Qualifications

  • 15+ years of experience developing and executing complex strategies and plans to achieve a desired outcome or vision
  • 8+ years of experience in direct support to the Marine Corps
  • Knowledge of Marine Corps force design, combat development, force generation, and force employment processes
  • Ability to demonstrate leadership in forming, developing, and employing teams with varied experiences and capabilities to achieve common goals and lead teams of varying size and multiple concurrent programs or projects of varying complexities and meet or exceed standards
  • Ability to operate effectively in a fast-tempo, dynamic environment, adjust rapidly to changing direction or requirements, and shape and influence the strategic direction of programs and initiatives
  • Ability to balance long- and short-term priorities and competing requirements while meeting objectives
  • Ability to interface and communicate effectively with senior government officials, develop persuasive and compelling positions, and deliver them in written or verbal formats to executive and senior-level audiences
  • Ability to travel domestically up to 25% of the time
  • Secret clearance
  • Bachelor's degree

Desired Qualifications

  • Experience in leadership positions as a Commissioned Officer, Senior Non-Commissioned Officer, or senior-level DoD government official, including O4-O6, E8-E9, or GS 13-15, in support of Headquarters Marine Corps or Marine Corps operationally focused commands
  • TS/SCI clearance
  • Master's degree
