Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience with the Marine Corps Planning Process or Military Decision-Making Process
- 3+ years of experience with Joint Task Forces (JTF), the Marine Air Ground Task Force (MAGTF), Fleet, or major subordinate command level
- 3+ years of experience with Joint, Naval, or Expeditionary Operations exercise planning, including Marine Expeditionary Units (MEUs) or Purpose-Built Task Forces (PBTFs)
- Experience with exercise control activities, including exercise design and implementation of exercise storylines, vignettes, and Master Scenario Events Lists
- Experience with drafting briefs, orders, papers, and letters commensurate with a senior level military command
- Knowledge of Marine Corps Service-level concepts, doctrine, and campaign plan design
- Ability to travel up to 25% of the time
- Bachelor’s degree
- Clearance: TS/SCI required
- Graduate of Marine Corps Command and Staff College (Nice If You Have)
- Experience with the Joint Operational Planning Process (JOPP)
- Experience with Indo-Pacific Command AOR and Central Command AOR
- Experience with AMHS messaging
- Experience with JTIMS
