Job Summary
Manage complex commercial litigation, product liability, and personal injury defense matters by drafting motions, supervising junior attorneys, and leading depositions and trial preparation. Work directly with clients and firm leaders on sophisticated disputes while developing strategic client relationships and advancing toward a service partner role. Leverage a national platform with cross-office collaboration and hybrid flexibility to build a long-term practice. Required Qualifications
- Admission to the Arizona Bar and in good standing
- 6+ years of defense litigation experience, including commercial litigation, product liability, personal injury defense, or related areas
- Demonstrated ability to independently manage litigation matters and client relationships
- Experience drafting and arguing substantive motions, managing discovery, taking depositions, and preparing cases for trial
- Strong legal writing, analytical, and advocacy skills
- Interest in business development and building long-term client relationships
Desired Qualifications
- Experience supervising or mentoring junior attorneys is a plus
- Admission in other jurisdictions where Hinshaw maintains offices, is a plus
