Job Summary
Defense & Government Sales Manager to grow EagleNXT's presence in government and defense markets across EMEA and APAC; engage with military end users, government institutions, and defense partners; drive opportunity development, account engagement, and defense content; plan and execute operational demonstrations for military units, represent at defense events; collaborate with Sales, Product Management, Training, Marketing; background in military/defense; experience with UAS/drones; familiar with government procurement; able to operate across regions and cultures.
Required Qualifications
- Background in the military or defense sector (former service preferred)
- Experience with UAS / drones; exposure to C UAS environments is an advantage
- Familiar with government and defense procurement processes
- Comfortable engaging with military, institutional, and public sector stakeholders
- Autonomous, structured, and able to operate across regions and cultures
