Defense Cyber Operations Officer

Conduct daily cyber communications and coordination for DTRA CSSP systems, acting as the central point for tracking status, preparing briefing documentation, and attending CTO meetings. Manage security incident response procedures through effective web, email, and telephonic communications while maintaining situational awareness with JOC and BSN4 Watch Teams. Coordinate defensive cyber operations initiatives across the organization, serving as the primary liaison for external cyber organizations, Cyber Fusion Groups, and DoD cyber components. Develop and maintain threat landscape reporting, facilitate information sharing, and ensure coordinated responses to Tier I RFIs and Blue/Red reports. Lead the Cyber Fusion cell by organizing monthly meetings and overseeing shift changes to ensure timely notification of priority events. Ensure CSSP cases are of substantial quality for the SIPR case portal and distribute weekly case briefings and open source reporting products.
