Job Summary

Interpret customer and regulatory requirements, including ITAR, Controlled Goods, and international security frameworks, and translate them into practical, scalable processes. Proactively assess Fleetway's readiness, identify risks and gaps, and partner across the business to implement strong, sustainable compliance controls. Support the organization from early bid stages through to program execution by acting as a key bridge between external obligations and internal operations. Ensure the organization is positioned to meet evolving compliance demands in the defence sector by strengthening governance and enabling informed business decisions.

Required Qualifications

  • Subject matter expert on regulatory, security, and contractual compliance requirements
  • Knowledge of ITAR
  • Knowledge of Controlled Goods
  • Knowledge of international security frameworks
  • Ability to interpret customer and regulatory requirements
  • Ability to translate requirements into practical, scalable processes
  • Ability to proactively assess readiness
  • Ability to identify risks and gaps
  • Ability to partner across the business to implement strong, sustainable compliance controls
