Job Summary
Supports servicing of existing consumer loan products on delinquent accounts, including direct communication with delinquent customers and third-party vendors; duties may include asset repossession and remarketing, account review and reconcilement, monitoring status and follow-up on repossession activity, independent queue management, providing customers with amounts due and information required to redeem collateral, and maintaining relationships with outside vendors. Requires strong organizational, verbal, and written communication skills and intermediate MS Office/data entry abilities; cross-training across ARR areas and flexibility to shift positions within the department are expected. Preference for a Bachelor's degree, call center/administrative experience, and prior experience in collections, skip tracing, vehicle repossession or lease disposition; demonstrated ability to work in a team environment and across lines of business.
Required Qualifications

- 1-3 years of work experience in a processing type function
