Job Summary
Coordinate department policies and procedures, approving updates based on workflows and regulatory requirements. Develop and maintain quality control procedures, monitor accuracy enhancements, and perform quality assurance reviews on residential defaults, foreclosures, and loss mitigation workflows. Manage secondary market requirements, CFPB rules, and bank policies while communicating statistical evaluation results and document review findings to management. Represent the special assets department for risk-related duties and escalate identified compliance risks to appropriate management levels.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or the equivalent experience
- Relevant degree pertaining to the essential duties of this role
Desired Qualifications
- 3 or more years of default or compliance related experience
- Knowledge of MSP and/or Signature servicing platforms
