Job Summary
Coordinate department policies and procedures with unit managers, approving updates based on regulatory requirements and workflow knowledge. Develop and maintain quality control procedures for review processes, monitoring accuracy enhancements and ensuring adherence to Consumer Financial Protection Bureau rules and bank policies. Perform quality assurance reviews on residential defaults, foreclosures, and loss mitigation workflows, preparing monthly statistical summaries and findings reports for management. Represent the special assets department for risk-related duties and escalate identified compliance risks to appropriate management levels.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or the equivalent experience
- Relevant degree pertaining to the essential duties of this role
- 3 or more years of default or compliance related experience
- Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship for a work visa
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in default servicing, collections, mortgage servicing, foreclosure, loss mitigation, or related compliance functions
- Knowledge of MSP and/or Signature servicing platforms
