Job Summary
Deliver food and beverages to members and guests while maintaining cleanliness and organization in the dining area. Greet guests with a friendly attitude, answer simple menu questions, and handle requests or complaints by escalating issues to management as needed. Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth service, complete side work such as cleaning and stocking, and support special events or large parties. Follow safety guidelines and company policies while performing additional duties as assigned by management.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in Food and Beverage service
- Current Food Handler and Alcohol Server Certifications
- Completion of Invited's F&B Service Training program
- Ability to stand, walk, and perform physical activities for extended periods
- Ability to work in varying temperatures and environments, with potential exposure to dust, fumes, or gases
- Capability to climb ladders, squatting, kneeling, reaching, grasping, twisting, bending, and folding/unfolding as required
- Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 100 lbs. occasionally
- Effective communication skills, including talking and hearing, with sufficient visual acuity
- Ability to follow instructions and communicate well with team members
- Wear a clean, neat uniform that meets club standards
