Job Summary
Greet members and guests by name, seat them while ensuring high-quality service, and maintain a welcoming atmosphere by upholding the 3-steps of hospitality. Converse professionally with guests, staying calm under pressure, and notify management immediately of any complaints to practice effective service recovery. Keep the host podium organized, close it out at the end of each shift, and complete daily assignments including sanitizing work areas and stocking supplies. Assist service staff as needed and handle last-minute requests from members or guests. Maintain confidentiality with sensitive member information and adhere to all company policies and safety guidelines.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must be able to stand, walk, and perform physical activities for extended periods
- Ability to work in varying temperatures and environments, with potential exposure to dust, fumes, or gases
- Capable of climbing ladders, squatting, kneeling, reaching, grasping, twisting, bending, and folding/unfolding as required
- Able to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 100 lbs. occasionally
- Effective communication skills, including talking and hearing, with sufficient visual acuity
- Must be able to stand, walk, and perform physical activities for extended periods

Desired Qualifications
- Previous experience in the service or hospitality industry is an advantage
- Experience operating a multi-line telephone system
- Proven ability to handle sensitive member information with the highest level of confidentiality
