Job Summary
Conduct deep sea fishing operations on a national company vessel with a strong safety focus. Perform duties in 6-hour shifts while maintaining good relationships and communicating effectively under pressure. Build a career through full training with opportunities for growth, adhering to a rotation of 6 weeks on and 3-5 days off. Maintain a mature work ethic characterized by honesty, reliability, and trustworthiness while passing a drug test. Applicants must have NZ residency or a valid NZ work visa. Enjoy provided food, personal protective equipment, and internet access while at sea.
